CII Award in Change Management

Fast growing HR consulting firm, Naman triumphs at the prestigious CII National HR Circle Competition 2018

Naman Integrated Management Services Private Limited (NIMSPL), was announced as the Winner of the highly coveted CII National HR Circle Competition award in the category ‘Management of Change & Excellence in HRM’.
The competition was held at National Habitat Centre, Delhi on 28th and 29th September. The underlying aim of the competition was to recognize industries, institutions & HR Service Providers for their significant contributions in the field of HR while establishing a benchmark of excellence.

Naman presented their work on a Change Management Intervention carried out at a Heavy Engineering, Listed Company they engaged with. The four key drivers around which this two year long intervention was designed were- building a culture of accountability, aligning the structure with dynamic business strategies, securing organizational results with resource optimization and developing the Leadership Pipeline to create future leaders.

The competition witnessed nearly 40 presentations from companies like Hero Motocorp, Vedanta Limited, Tata Power Delhi Distribution, L&T financial Services, Sandhar Technologies, Mahindra Accelo and Talbros Automotive Components Ltd.
